Product characteristics
Polyester fiber is a hydrophobic fiber with water absorption of 0.4%, so hydrophilic finishing is required when it is used in sportswear and other fabrics. The main component of the moisture-wicking finishing agent HT808 is a Block copolymer of polyethylene glycol and ethylene glycol polyphthalate - (CH2-CH2-O) n- (PET)-. Such hydrophilic polymer has an affinity and impart a hydrophilic effect to the fibers. The appearance of HT808 is light milky white liquid, soluble in water; specific gravity: 1.01; flash point: >200ºC; active ingredient content: 30%; pH value is about 7; ionic: non-ionic; miscible with water. This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, non-explosive, safe to the human body, non-irritating to the skin, no allergic reaction, no pollution to the environment.

Moisture-wicking Finishing Agent HT808 is easy to use and can be used in the same bath with antibacterial finishing and UV-proof finishing. The finishing bath has high shear resiHT808nce and does not affect the color and strength of the fabric. This product can be used in polyester-cotton, polyester, nylon, wool / polyester and other fabrics. It can simultaneously give the fabric the following excellent properties:

1. Sweat-absorbent and breathable: The fabric finished by this product has excellent sweat absorption, good breathability, excellent wearability, and moisture absorption and quick drying, which can quickly guide sweat and moisture away from the skin surface, and eliminate the shortcomings of synthetic fiber fabrics such as dryness, breathability and non-absorption.
2. Hydrophilic and antiHT808tic: The fabric finished by this product is excellent in hydrophilicity, good antiHT808tic performance, small HT808tic effect, not easy to suck, not easy to dust, certain antifouling property and easy to wash.
3. Softness: The fabric finished by this product is soft and smooth, comfortable in feel and elegant in style.
Instructions

1. Process formula: (Taking the mangle expression of 65% as an example )

Moisture-wicking Finishing Agent HT808  20-40 g /L
 

1. Preparation of finishing solution: (take 500 liters of solution prepared according to the formula as an example)  

First, add about 400 liters of warm water (20-50 ºC) into the chemical barrel, stir and add the additive HT808, and add water to 500 liters.
 

1. Process flow: 

fabric after bleaching and dying → padding HT808 solution → drying (80-110ºC) → baking (180-190ºC×1-2 min)


4. Note:
(1) After padding the HT808 solution, take care to prevent migration. It is best to pre-bake with infrared or hot air, and then use a drying cylinder to dry.
(2) Knitwear and the like can also be used in the same bath as the exhaustion dyeing: high temperature and high pressure impregnation (130ºC×30-60 min, dosage 2-4% o.w.f, bath ratio: 1: 8-10) → dehydration → dry or separate after dyeing

Packing and storage: Packed in 25kg plastic drum, stored in a cool warehouse, storage period is 12 months.
