Hygroscopic and thermal finishing agent WM700 
      (universal type)
     The heat of vaporization required for the evaporation of liquid water will greatly reduce the body temperature, while the heat of condensation will be generated when the gaseous water is converted into water and released to the human body. In order to provide functional textiles that can create a comfortable wearing feel, we have developed a hygroscopic and thermal finishing agent WM700 using this principle.
The hygroscopic and thermal finishing agent WM700 has strong hygroscopic, moisturizing and heating properties. WM700 can absorb and capture water molecules with high kinetic energy in the air, make the water vapor condense into water to generate condensation heat, and convert the kinetic energy of water molecules into heat energy, so as to achieve the effect of heating, regulate the temperature of textile fabrics, and also absorb sweat and moisture emitted from the body, and then heat, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. WM700 finished fabric changes temperature with the external environment and wearing space, which is called "breathing textile".
Moisture absorbing and heat generating finishing agent WM700 does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde, heavy metals, aromatic amines, etc. The finished fabric can be tested in accordance with the REACH regulations of the European Union, GB18401-2010 National Basic Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products, Standard 100, GB/T 29866-2013, and other relevant domestic and foreign standards. It is applicable to the finishing of underwear, bedding and other textile products, making the fiber have the characteristics of moisture absorption and heat, good water washability, suitable temperature, fluffy and soft, making people feel comfortable.

Instructions
The hygroscopic and thermal finishing agent WM700 is applicable to the post-finishing of various natural and synthetic fibers such as cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic, and their blended fabrics. WM700 can be used alone or in combination with the softener and resin. It can be used by dipping, padding and spraying processes. The rolling process is recommended, The dosage is usually 2~8% o.w.f. (that is, 3~10 grams per 100 grams of dry fabric), and the use method is simple.
 

1. Process flow:

Fabric → bleaching and dyeing → drying → padding (mangle expression 70%) → drying (80-120ºC) → tentering (150-180ºC, 30s)

Precautions:
(1)  The stock solution shall not contact eyes and skin, and shall be operated with goggles and rubber gloves.
(2) The fabric should have good wool effect and be soaped after bleaching and dyeing.
(3) The variety, specification, fiber and thickness of the fabric all affect the hygroscopic and thermal properties. Please make sufficient sample tests and tests before mass production and confirm whether the results meet the specific requirements of customers.

Packing and storage: Packed in 25kg plastic drums. Store in a cool warehouse for one year.
