Oil and water repellent finishing agent 828



828 is the latest development of the company's ultra-durable finishing agent containing  oil and water repellent.828 can endue synthetic fiber, natural fiber and its blended interweave with good water-repellent and oil-repellent properties, and the finished fabric feels soft.

Product features:

1. 828 can endue polyester, nylon and other synthetic fibers, cotton, polyester/cotton and other natural fibers and their blends with good oil and water repellent effects.
2. 828 can be used together with other textile treatment agents, such as antibacterial, flame retardant, antistatic finishing.
3. 828 has little effect on the rubbing fastness and washing fastness of dyed fabrics, and has almost no effect on the color and light.

Instructions
The process formula:

828 can be used in four ways: spraying, foaming, padding and dipping. The actual dosage should be adjusted according to the required performance.

1. Water and oil repellent finishing of nylon taffeta
Dipping and padding (rolling rate: 35%) → drying (110ºC×1-2min) → baking (170ºC×1min)

5.Water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing process of wool fabric
Dipping and padding (rolling rate: 65%) → drying (80-110ºC×3-5min) → baking (120ºC×1min)
Note:

1. Keep the pH range of the solution between 4 and 6. If the pH value is greater than 6, a small amount of acetic acid is added. Using warm deionized water or distilled hydration material and stirring evenly is beneficial to improve the effect of water repellent and oil repellent.
2. Waterproof and oil-proof agent 828 is a weak cationic polymer, which should be processed in the same bath with anion compounds.
3. After the fabric is washed with water, then soak the waterproof solution.
4. Adding a small amount of crosslinking agent XF (4-8 g/L) can significantly improve the washing fastness.
5. Oil and water repellent multifunctional finishing process: first soak rolling other functional finishing, and then carry out oil repellent and water repellent finishing. Such as insect control and oil and waterproof finishing: soaking and rolling anti-mosquito AI solution to dry water repellent solution (828 40g/l, cross-linking agent XF 10g / l, rolling rate 60-70%) / drying (70 °-105 ºC) / stretch (180 ºC, 30 seconds)

Others:
1) Flame retardants can be processed in the same bath with waterproof and oil repellent, but the amount of waterproof agent should be doubled.
2) Amino silicone oil softener can be processed in the same bath with waterproof agent, and the dosage of waterproof agent should be increased by 10%. However, due to the serious reduction of oil resistance of silicone, when oil repellent is required, it must be soft first, and then oil repellent and water repellent finishing.

1. This product has little irritation to the skin, but should also avoid splashing into the eyes or touching the mucous membrane and skin. If the above occurs, please rinse with a large amount of water. Avoid inhaling a large amount of steam from this product.

Packaging and storage::25 kg plastic drum, 60 kg plastic drum packaging. Storage at room temperature above 0ºC, shelf life is one year.
