 Properties and Features:

1. Nomonic.hydrophilic.self-emulsified polyether modified silicone oil with high effective content. Has good water solubility. Compatibility and no deemulsification
2. Good affinity with both natural and synthetic fibers such as PES, cotton and flax;
3. Endues treated fabric hydrophiheny, slippery and anti-static, especially it imparts anti-pilling property to synthetic fiber
4. Sunable for the soft slippery and elasticity finishing of PET, cotton and flax fabrics.
5. Can be used alone or can be used in one-bath with durable stiffening resin

 

Application

The general suggested application amount of dip-pidding process is 5-15g/L of  S630 with 65-80% padding rate, drying at 160ºC-180ºC for 2 min.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
