Efficient desizing agent HT-21S

Remove acrylic 

Used for removing the polyester starchor acrylic acid derivative size in the fabric. Suitable for desizing, scouring of polyester, nylon, cotton and its blend. Desizing and removing the oil evenly and cleanly. Shorten the process and improve efficiency.

Properties

1. Emulsifying, dispersing, oxidative decomposing the size completely, to prevent the color spot and color point in dyeing caused by desizing not completely.
2. Excellent functions of removal, washing, dispersing the size, prevent the size stain again.
3. Removing the oil in the fabric efficiently, improving the whiteness and dyeing brightness.
4. Suitable for all desizing equipment such as jigger, continuous scouring equipment and overflow equipment. Keep the equipment clean.

 

Application

Application amount:
For overflow equipment:   1-2g/L of  HT-21S
For jigger equipment:      5-15g/L of HT-21S
For continuous method:    10-20g/L of HT-21S
 

Packing & Storage

125KG in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
