High temperature leveling agent with excellent dispersibility

Properties

Remarkable dispersibility and mobility, and levelling property, with little mottled appearance and dye streak;
High dye exhaustion, saving dye cost and reducing effluent;

Excellent stability in Glauber's Salt, and suitable for T/C, T/R in one-bath dyeing,

Application

HT-309conc is suitable for using as High-temperture Levelling Agent. According to different requirements to make up different consistency(15%, 20%, 30%). For example, the method for making 20% concentration product is as follows:
Recipe: 200Kg of HT-309conc, 800kgs of Water, total is about 1000 Kg;
Firstly, mixing the water and Defoaming Agent equalLy, and heating it to 30-50ºC; then add HS-309conc slowly with mixing; finally, filtrating; and taking it out.

The general suggest amount is about 0.5-1.5g/L of the diluent.
 

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
