Properties

Suitable for whitening and brightening cotton, cotton yarn, hemp and nylon fabrics;

Application

I For normal cotton brightening process:
 HT-08B    0.1-0.3% o.w.f;      Sodium Sulfate 0-10g/L
Process: 90-100ºC for 20-30mins        Bath ratio: 1:10-20
II For cotton peroxide and brightening in one bath:
 HT-08B   0.1-0.5%               Sodium Hydroxide(30%) 1-4g/L
Hydrogen Peroxide (27.5%) 4-8g/L    Sodium Silicate    10-15g/L
Washing Agent      0.5-1g/L         Process: 100ºC for 30-45mins    Bath ratio: 1:10-20
III For T/C blends fabrics:
A. Oxygen Bleaching process:
   Washing Agent 0.5-1.0g/L         Hydrogen Peroxide (27.5%): 4-8g/L
Sodium Hydroxide(30%) 1-4g/L     Sodium Silicate    10-15g/L
Process: 100ºC for 30-45mins        Bath ratio: 1:10-20
B. Brightening process for polyester:
    HT-06EB 0.2-0.8% o.w.f        Dispersing Agent 0.5g/L

C. Brightening process for cotton:

Notice

Should diluted by hot water, and should dissolved fully before add into the dyeing bath. Packing & Storage

25kg in one paper drum; can be stored for 12 months under 5~35ºC,cool and dry conditions.
