Properties

Suitable for whitening and brightening polyester and its blend fiber and acetate fiber;
Not only suitable for dyeing exhaust process and also for padding process;
Excellent fastness to light and sublimation;
Stable with reducing agent, oxidizing agent and hypochlorite compounds;
High flourescence intensity, need little amount to meet the requirements.

Application

1. For hot dyeing exhaust process:
2. Polyester fiber Fluorescent whitening agent  HT-06EB     0.1-1.0%  o.w.f

Dispersing Agent      0.5-2g/l   use acetate acid adjust the ph=5-6
Process: 120-130ºC for 30mins

1. For continuous padding process:

Polyester fiber Fluorescent whitening agent  HT-06EB     1-10g/L
Other Auxiliaries          X g/L
Process: 175-190ºC for 30-60sec.

1. For bleaching and whitening in one bath process:

Process: 96-98ºC for 3mins.     Bath Ratio: 1:10-20

Notice

1. To ensure the whiteness and color shade is same, must mixed the product evenly and fully.
2. When the fabric bleaching by peroxide, must washing off the remaining alkali completely, to ensure the Optical Brightnener Agent coloring fully and shade brightly.
3. HT-06EB is high temperature polyester optical brightener, in order to ensure the normal brightness, the temperature of dyeing and shaping must meet the above process requirements. If need to boiling dyeing at normal temperature, can use carrier dyeing method.

 

Packing & Storage

3.5kg/Plastic pot, then put 4pots(14kgs) into one carton; can be stored for 6 months under 5~35ºC,cool and dry conditions.
