Ultraviolet reflective agents can increase the reflection and scattering of ultraviolet rays on fabrics and prevent them from passing through the fabrics.

Product characteristics and technical indicators
Anti-UV finishing agent AU-1086 contains ultraviolet absorbent, and its main ingredients are benzotriazole compounds. AU-1086 is suitable for UV-resistant finishing of cotton, silk, linen, viscose and polyester-cotton fabrics. The finished fabric has a good absorption of ultraviolet rays in the 180-400nm band, especially UV-A and UV-B. After finishing 40 × 40 110/90 cotton fabric, the UPF value is still as high as 50+ after 40 washings.
Anti-UV finishing agent AU-1086 is non-toxic, non-explosive, safe for human body, non-irritating to skin, free from formaldehyde, no heavy metal ions and other harmful substances, meeting the requirements of environmental protection. The AU-1086 agent does not affect the color, strength or moisture absorption of the fabric. The appearance of AU-1086 is light yellow liquid, the effective component content is more than 30%, the pH value is about 7, the ionicity is non-ionic, and it can be miscible with water.
Instructions
The method of finishing the fabric can be padding, dipping, coating or spraying, or it can be dyed in the same bath with disperse dyes (non fixing agent GSB). The dosage is usually 2-4% (o.w.f.), and the specific dosage and usage depends on the variety, specification and use of the fabric. Polyester pile fabrics mostly use impregnation process (dyeing in the same bath with disperse dyes), and woven fabrics mostly use the padding process, depending on the situation.

1. Process formula:(Taking the mangle expression of 65% as an example)

Anti-UV finishing agent AU-1086	20-50 g/L
Fixing agent GSB	20-50 g/L

Preparation of finishing fluid:(taking the preparation of 500 liters of solution as an example)
First add about 400 liters of warm water (30-50 ºC) into the chemical barrel, stir and add UV-1086, then add GSB, stir well, finally add water to 500 liters, and continue stirring ( Adding filter bag to discharge pipe of chemical barrel).

1. Process flow:

fabric after bleaching and dyeing → padding Anti-UV finishing agent solution → drying (80-110ºC, 2 to 3 min) → tentering and setting (165-170ºC, 30 s or 140-145ºC, 3 minutes)

Matters needing attention:

1. Do not add citric acid or acetic acid to this working fluid, so as not to reduce the stability of the working fluid.
2. When the product is used together with other auxiliaries, its solution stability is likely to decline, so the compatibility sample test should be carried out in advance before batch use.
3. After padding, prevent migration when drying. (It is better to use infrared ray or hot air to predry, and then dry in drying cylinder.)
4. In the high temperature setting process, strengthen the exhaust of setting machine.

Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic drum, stored in a cool warehouse above 0ºC, the storage period is one year.
