 1. Eliminate the fluorescence on the fabric
The dosage of S808 should be adjusted accordingly with the fluorescence whitening agent on the fabric, the treatment temperature and other conditions, and the general dosage is 2-6%(o.w.f).
Since the treatment effect of S808 will decrease in alkaline conditions, after adding S808 dissolved in water to the dyeing cylinder, please adjust the PH value of the treatment solution to about 5.5 to 120ºC (polyester) 60-80ºC (cotton, brocade) for 30 minutes. After treatment, please use hot water, cold water or add baking soda 2g / l to prevent S808 residue.
2. Eliminate the fluorescence on the printing and dyeing equipment
Generally, fluorescent whitening agent 1 / 2~1 / 4 S808 is used to effectively remove fluorescence. It can be warmed to 50-70ºC for 30-60 minutes when cleaning. Soak at room temperature will reduce the removal rate of S808, so the amount of S808 should be appropriately increased.
