Anti-insect finishing agent WMM


Anti-insect finishing agent WMM is a new functional finishing agent for fabrics. The main ingredient is nano-scale microcapsules based on natural compounds, which are eco-friendly products. It forms insect resistant film on the surface of the fabric by fixing agent, which has an efficient and rapid repellent effect on mosquitoes, flies, fleas, and lice. Fabrics finished by anti-insect finishing agent WMM can be widely used in bed textiles, carpets, mosquito nets, curtains, decorative cloths, socks, clothing, mosquito repellent textiles .

Product Characteristics
It is a light yellow translucent liquid , easy to disperse in water, safe and non-toxic, pH = 6.5-7, not suitable for high-temperature treatment above 120ºC.  fabric has a repellent rate of more than 80% against Culex pipiens pallens, and has no adverse effects on the appearance and physical indicators of the fabric. It still has a good mosquito-proof effect after washing 10 times. The anti-insect finishing fabric is safe for the human body and comfortable to wear. It complies with the national standard GB/T 30126-2013 "Testing and Evaluation of Textile Anti-mosquito Performance" drafted and formulated Standard 100, REACH regulations, Environmental protection standards such as GB 18401-2003.

Instructions

1. Process formula:

1. Preparation of finishing solution: (taking the preparation of 500 liters of solution for example)

First add 300-400 liters warm water (10 - 40ºC) into the material barrel, then add Anti-insect finishing agent WMM, add water to 500 liters, and continue to stir to mix well.

1. Technological process:

1)Padding process 
Fabric → padding finishing solution (the mangle expression: 70-80%) → drying (70-100ºC, based on no water) → curing (115±2ºC,30 seconds, or 105±2ºC, 2 minutes) → finished product
Note: After pre drying with infrared rays and hot air, and then drying through the drying cylinder, the pressure of the drying cylinder should not be higher than 2 kg/cm².
2)Impregnation process
Fabric → dipping evenly through → centrifugal dehydration (the thrown solution can be reused) → drying → (70-100ºC, based on no water) → curing (115±2ºC,30 seconds, or 105±2ºC, 2 minutes) 

1. Note:

(1) The original liquid and working solution cannot enter the eyes, mouth and human body. Once in contact with the eyes, mouth and body, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
(2) The fabric must be washed and dried before finishing, without residual chemicals and other impurities.
(3) The chemical drum and padding tank must be cleaned. When the solution enters the discharge nozzle of the padding tank from the chemical drum, the working solution is filtered with a fine filter bag.
(4) Do not add citric acid or acetic acid to the working fluid of this product, otherwise the stability of the working fluid will be reduced.
(5) When the product is used in the same bath with other additives, compatibility test must be carried out in advance.
(6) This product is a non-ionic compound,
Packaging and storage: 25kg plastic barrel. The stable storage period is half a year.
