Bio-Polishing is an environmentally friendly way of improving the quality of fabrics.

Application

The Bio-Polishing process ensures that the loose fibers on the fabric are dislodged. For optimum results, it is therefore important that equipment with high agitation is used to remove the loose fibers from the fabric. Suitable equipment includes jet dyeing machines, as well as aqueous fabric tumblers.  
Suggested process: Temperature: 45-55ºC; Ph Value: 4.5-5.5; Bath Ratio: 1:10(or less); Application amount: 0.5-1.5%(o.w.f);  Time: agitating by machine about 20-45mins
Can improving the treatment effect greatly, if increasing mechanical friction and agitation.

Inactivating

Add Sodium carbonate anhydrous, increased the Ph value to 10 or the temperature at 70ºC and keep about 10mins.

Packing & Storage

25 Kg in one plastic drum; should be stored under 5-25ºC and dry conditions.  
Storage in application
Enzymes gradually lose activity over time depending on storage temperature. Cool conditions are recommended. When stored in closed containers at 25ºC (77°F), the product will maintain its declared activity for at least 8 months. Extended storage and/or adverse conditions, including higher temperatures, may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
