[Product Introduction]
This product is a compound with reactive functional group, mainly used for the new coating dyeing process of cellulose fiber and the same bath dyeing with direct and reactive dye. After this product treatment can make the fabric have soft feel and bright color light, because of the ring dyeing phenomenon of coating dyeing, after washing or enzyme washing, can obtain similar to denim local white "imitation old" style.

[usage method]
Application method of coating and yarn coating
This product can be in the condition of PH value of 5~9 can chemical reaction with the dye, generally using neutral conditions, do not need to adjust PH value, because the coating has been ground into fine particles with Yin load, and denaturant is a reactive functional cationic resin, after the fiber into Yang load, can adsorption coating anion fine particles and fiber coloring.
Predenaturation treatment
Dyeing dark prescription:
Cation modifier HT610:1~6% (light color can reduce the dosage)
When the fastness has high requirements, the coating can be added with adhesive for solid color treatment, more resistant to enzyme washing, the amount of adhesive is 6~8%(o.w.f). Treat 70ºC for 10 minutes or 50ºC for 20 minutes, wash water, then do enzyme wash, to achieve the purpose of imitating the old.
