It is a scouring and bleaching agent for cellulosic fibers and its blends. It has the effect of scouring agent, penetrating agent, alkali agent, and stable agent. It makes process simple and easy to control while improving the fabric's quality. And it won't cause breaking and not decline the strength.

Application

The specific process is according to the equipment, amount of cotton fibers, the degree of size amount and amount of the cottonseed hull. For example, the general scouring and bleaching process of cotton yarn is as follows:
Put the yarn and cloths in the dyeing machine, then put into the HM-117 (2-4g/L) after solution, put into  (35%) 5-10cc/L, raise the temperature at 98ºC for 30 minutes to scouring and bleaching.

Packing & Storage

25 Kg in one plastic bag; Avoid deliquescence, must sealing up the vessel and stored under cool and dry conditions.
