Features

The wet rubbing fastness enhancer is a high molecular compound and does not contain formaldehyde. It is suitable for the fixing and finishing of reactive, vulcanized, direct and vat dyed fabrics;
The wet rubbing fastness enhancer is easy to penetrate and adsorb;
The wet rubbing fastness enhancer can form a lake with the dye inside the fiber, so that the adhesion of the dye on the fiber is stronger;
The wet rubbing fastness enhancer and amino silicone oil softener in the same bath will reduce its use effect;
The wet rubbing fastness enhancer is soft to the touch and the color becomes smaller, which can obviously improve the dry and wet fastness, and the wet rubbing fastness of the dark fabric can be improved by 1-2;

Application

The suitable amount varies with fabirc, dyeing process, shade and fixing method. Suggest use after make a trial.The general suggested application amount for dipping process is 2-4% O.W.F of HT502  for pale and medium shade
Directly dissolving in fixing bath, Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry state and wet state. If soaping in tie washing machine, can fixing in the final two baths. Fixing bath can be used continually, and only to add suitable amount.
Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping, then re-washing). Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperature(≥90ºC) and washing.
