Properties

1. Softening natural fiber and making fiber smooth and bulky, and protecting fiber;
2. Reducing the friction between the fabrics, making rope form fabric easy to spread and move, improving level-dyeing property, and avoiding permanent rig mark;
3. Reducing the friction between fiber and machine, making fabric move smoothly, and avoiding trough spray head occlusion;
4. Steady chemical property;
5. Having no influence on dyeing properties and color yield percentage;
6. No foam, no effect on fluorescent bleaching agent and biological enzyme.

Application

1. Suitable for the process in hard conditions, such as low bath ratio, heavy load winch, jet dyeing machine and processing heavy fabric that is easy to wrinkle,
2. Used in cone bleaching and dyeing, reducing color difference of yarn for moisture pick-up expansion, improving penetration;
3. Used in skein bleaching and dyeing, reducing beard hair and felting shrinkage phenomenons of yarn and knitting wool because of friction.
4. The suitable amount is varied with fabric susceptibility, the type and load of machine. The suggested amount is 1-3 g/L H183.

Notice

1. For acquiring the best result, the H183 had better to put in the bath before the yarn or fabrics;
2. Dissolving H183 with hot water(>80ºC) before putting it in the treat bath

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 12 months under cool and dry conditions.
