NON-formaldehyde Fixing Agent HT505

Properties

1. Mainly used in the dyeing or printing of Cotton, Viscose, Wool, Silk fiber which use reactive dyes and so on anionic dyes.
2. Improving colorfastness obviously;
3. An environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent;
4. Little deterioration to hand touch and wide adaptability to equipment.

Application

The suitable amount varies with fabirc, dyeing process, shade and fixing method. Suggest use after make a trial.

1. The general suggested application amount for dipping process is 0.8-1% O.W.F of HT505  for pale and medium shade, 1-3% O.W.F of HT505 for deep shade, with liquor ratio 1:20-30 at 35-50ºC for 10-20 minutes;
2. The suggested application amount for dip-padding process is 2 dips and 2 pads with 10-25g/L of HT505;
3. Directly dissolving in fixing bath, Fabrics can be put in fixing bath in both dry state and wet state. If soaping in tie washing machine, can fixing in the final two baths. Fixing bath can be used continually, and only to add suitable amount.

Notice

Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping, then re-washing). Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperature(≥90ºC) and washing.
