Temperature regulating (cool feeling) finishing agent H300(PCM cold feeling phase change microcapsule) is an automatic temperature regulating microcapsule mainly composed of higher alkanes. Its phase change temperature is 28ºC. When the external temperature reaches the phase change temperature, the temperature regulating (cooling) finishing agent H300changes phase, absorbs or releases heat to adjust the temperature of textile fabrics, giving people a sense of comfort. The phase change material of temperature-adjusting (cool feeling) finishing agent H300, when the external temperature rises to the phase transition temperature, gradually changes from solid to liquid, absorbs external heat, and stores it as potential; once the external temperature decreases, it gradually solidifies and releases potential , to buffer the temperature rise and fall of the surface of the fabric. The temperature-adjusting (cooling) finishing agent H300is non-irritating to the skin and meets the requirements of GB18401 and other standards. It is suitable for the finishing of textiles such as underwear and bedding. The temperature is suitable and makes people feel comfortable.
Under the company's laboratory conditions, according to the test of GB/T 35263-2017, the contact cooling coefficient qmax of instant cooling fabrics is >0.18 J/cm².s. When the dosage is large, it can reach more than 0.30 J/cm².s.

Instructions
Temperature regulating (cooling) finishing agent H300is suitable for fabric finishing. It can be used alone or in combination with softeners and resins. It can be used for dipping, padding and spraying. Padding is recommended, and the dosage is usually 4-12% o.w.f (i.e. each 100kg dry fabric absorbs 4kg to 12kg of auxiliary agent), the use method is simple. Temperature regulating (cooling) finishing agent H300is suitable for PCM cold feeling printing process.

1. Process flow:

Fabric → dyeing → drying → padding Temperature regulating (cooling) finishing agent H300(mangle expression 60-70%) → drying (80-120ºC) →  tenter setting (150ºC,30s)

Notes:

1. Please do not use together with cationic substances. Before using it in the same bath with other brands of softener, be sure to carry out the stability test of the finishing solution (method: filter the auxiliary agent and add it to water to prepare a finishing solution, store it for 2-8 hours, and filter it with a 100-mesh filter or fine cloth , no obvious foreign body).
2. This product must not enter the eyes, mouth and human body. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
3. Before finishing the fabric, the permeability is better, the capillary effect is more than 6cm, the cloth surface is clean, it must be washed and dried, and there is no residual chemicals, other impurities and fluff.
4. The chemical tank and padding tank must be cleaned. At the discharge nozzle of the chemical barrel entering the padding tank, use a fine cloth filter bag to filter the finishing solution. The storage stability of the finishing solution is 6-8 hours.

5. Adding citric acid, dyeing acid and metal salt will destroy the stability of the working solution. Before this product and other auxiliaries are used in the same bath, compatibility test and finishing solution stability test must be carried out in advance.
6. It is recommended to use deionized softened water or pure water. Hard water may affect the stability of the working fluid.

Packaging and storage: 25 kg plastic drum. Store in a cool warehouse with a storage period of one year.
