A:We can provide the samples free. However the freight cost is on your side.
Q: What is your payment term ?
A: Usually the payment term is 30% deposit the rest will be effected by getting the orginal of B/L within 7 days.
Q: How long is your production time ?
A: Normally it takes about 20-30 working days for mass production based on quantity bigger than 30,000pcs.But for products in ready stock, we can arrange shipping in short time within a week.
Q: Can you print the logo/ lables as our own design ?
A: Yes, it is surely no problem. frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraved etc. are available. We also can design according to your demand.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is based on the products. If we have in stock, any quantity is ok. However for customized products,MOQ is 10,000-50,000.
Q: What are shipping options?
A: Usually, we suggest shipping by sea based on certain quantity because it is cheaper and safe. For small quantity, we usually suggest shipping by air which is much faster.
